The Old Fashioned cocktail acquired it’s name and was popularised in America but the origins of a cocktail comprising a spirit, sweetener and bitters are English and follow the creation of the first aromatic bitters by London apothecary Richard Stoughton circa 1690.

Riso-printed with soy based inks, on quality FSC certified card stock.

Scout Editions is a paper goods brand and design practice based in London. With a love for print, colour, folklore and adventure. They created a space to explore our ideas and stories. Formed by brother and sister, Wai and Pui. Pui is a graphic designer and illustrator.

They are inspired by ephemera, travel, nature, vintage picture books, history and archives. They take observations from the every day and find ways to translate and document their findings. 

Scout Editions paper goods are printed locally in London on recycled and FSC papers with soy and water based inks. They experiment with print processes and formats, riso printing and hand-pulled screen printing to bring you a unique item which make great keepsakes and stories to pass on. Printed in small batches as Scout Editions wish to keep waste minimal, at the same time keeping the products unique and collectable.
