Claire Knill Suspended Sculpture Installation

Exhibiting as part of Worthing Artists Open Houses, First & Last welcomes an installation by Claire Knill this September.

Claire Knill is a multidisciplinary British artist based in Brighton. Having completed a degree in Multimedia textiles at Loughborough University (2001), Claires work has developed into a practice including sculpture, installation and collage that reflects on themes of distillation, transition, knowing and unknowing through light, movement, balance and colour.

This installation will inhabit the First & Last window, with multiple suspended sculptures in brass, steel acrylic and thread, moving and catching light.

The pieces will be on show from 18th-29th September, with an opening evening on 20th September from 5.30-8pm.

Please email hello@firstandlast.shop with any enquiries, or to R.S.V.P to the opening on 20th September.
