Shipping Terms & Conditions

UK Delivery

Most items are held in stock and will, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. All are sent using Royal Mail standard delivery, which take 2-3 days to arrive.

You can choose express delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class for your parcel to arrive sooner. This should take 1-2 days.

Time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

If you require an item urgently for a specific date or event please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

First & Last sends internationally, but if there isn't a shipping option for your order, please get in touch and we will quote a shipping price and make the arrangements. This could be because your country isn't listed or because something is too big for Royal Mail. 

For larger artworks, we will arrange a courier who can transport art safely. Simply email hello@firstandlast.shop 

 
Click & Collect

If you would prefer to collect your order from our store, please make an order as usual via the website and choose to Click & Collect.

At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to select the "Collect in store" delivery option.

Shortly after you place your order using the Click & Collect service, we will contact by email to arrange a suitable collection time and day. Once the collection date has been confirmed, please bring your order confirmation email to the shop as proof of purchase and your order will be released.

 

Christmas Delivery

All delivery companies continue to experience high demand over the Christmas period so please order early to avoid disappointment.

UK Deliveries. The last suggested order date to ensure delivery before Christmas is 18th December.

International Deliveries. The last suggested order date to ensure delivery before Christmas is 11th December.
