About the artist.
For many years Thérèse Cooper worked as a cartoonist, animator, illustrator, printmaker and gallery owner making work for commission and sale. Now she makes work for the making currently exploring themes of mass production and individuality.
Her long list of clients have included The Guardian, The Independent, The Observer, The Times as an editorial cartoonist through to global film festivals such as Berlin and Filmstock Festival as an animator.
Having run her own gallery, Min Cooper has a body of work exploring alphabets, inanimate objects and flowers, depicting only their essential elements.
She is based in Worthing, West Sussex.
