Peggy Poppleton Silly Face Brooches
Peggy Poppleton Silly Face Brooches
Stoneware pottery faces you can wear as a brooch. Peggy is influenced by Modern Design and these echo concrete friezes in Brutalist buildings.
There are four styles to choose from, but as each is handmade, they all have unique expressions. Sort of emojis in clay. Wear how you feel.
4cm in diameter approximately.
About Peggy Poppleton.
Peggy Poppleton takes her name from her Grandmother. She is based in Brighton and designs and makes laser cut jewellery and decoration.
Her designs are inspired by the vintage clutter in her home, exploring silhouette, pattern and colour with each idea beginning as a playful paper collage. She likes cut lines and awkward shapes. Finished pieces are highly tactile, combining the textures of glossy acrylic with natural walnut and cherry wood.
