How to use The Organic Alchemist Detox & Invigorate Sugar Scrub.

Massage a generous amount in a circular motion into dry skin, concentrating on areas of congestion and cellulite. Jump into the shower and rinse away using a soft cloth or apply to the skin and step into a nice hot bath. Your skin is left feeling incredibly soft, supple and hydrated.

About the maker.

Each handcrafted product by The Organic Alchemist is part of a journey which starts with Katherine’s idyllic Sussex countryside childhood. A love of nature and awareness of conscious living was encouraged by her holistically-minded mother, and Katherine’s lifelong fascination with the healing powers of plants began. 

Embarking on a career as a massage therapist and reflexologist in 2005 allowed Katherine to witness first-hand the benefits of a whole-person, natural approach to health. Addressing the unique skin concerns of hundreds of clients over the years, she began an in-depth study into the science behind the ingredients in skincare products. While discovering that many mainstream and high-end beauty products contain cheap and often harmful ingredients wasn’t a surprise, it was the companies’ unethical approach - from commonplace animal testing to the use of palm oil – that led Katherine to found The Organic Alchemist. She knew there was another way: nourishing our skin while tending our shared earth.
